K&O Property Management and Rentals LLC has a team of licensed property managers with the South Dakota Real Estate Commission and the company is licensed and insured in the State of South Dakota.

K&O Property Management and Rentals LLC was started in 2014 and named after Olivia and her daughter Kira (K&O).  Olivia’s passion and love for property management started over 10 years prior when she worked for one of the top property management companies in Rapid City.  Olivia was born and raised in Rapid City, graduated college in New York City and worked in Los Angeles.  Her love for the Rapid City area, the Black Hills and most importantly her family brought her back 12 years ago.  She is very thankful and grateful to all the property owners and tenants that have helped in the continued growth and success of K&O Property Management and Rentals LLC.
